We are excited to announce that Kristy Monahan will be joining team world domination as our Technology Guru. We have already done the impossible by creating a firm utilizing cutting edge cloud-technology. Now, Kristy will help us do this on a global scale, as we continue to be the best of the best.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University, is a Certified Public Bookkeeper, certified Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and a member of Intuit’s Trainer Writer network. She comes with over a decade of accounting and payroll experience in both the public and private sectors. Kristy focused on small businesses, assisting them when they feel they are “flying by the seat of their pants,” and helping them understand their financial statements. She believes that a firm understanding of reports and financial information leads to long-term growth and business success.
Having owned her own business, she knows first-hand the value that technology can bring. She managed to automate her entire on-boarding process, eliminating the need to hire an administrative assistant. Kristy has been a self-proclaimed tech addict since she was sixteen and received her first Apple Macintosh. She has shared her addiction by teaching numerous classes, both in-person and online, on utilizing inexpensive or free software to automate various business processes. She loves working with developers in providing feedback that fosters better products.
Kristy will be developing the “best of breed” technology workflows that allow High Rock to reach our #CPAWorldDomination goal at an incredible pace. We are excited to find and create technology + accounting with a team that has heart, soul, and compassion for the human race. Kristy is the epitome of our values. We could not be more excited!
