The timing of this decision is rooted in our rapid growth and the need to adapt to the demands of scaling. Liz has held multiple roles within the company as the founder, including CTO, COO, CFO, and CEO. However, as we continue to expand, Liz’s passion lies in developing innovative solutions and embracing emerging technologies. Therefore, Liz will remain instrumental in shaping our vision and strategy while working closely alongside Jay.

Jay, who has consistently demonstrated exceptional intelligence and deep industry understanding, is fully prepared to outline the roadmap that will guide High Rock into the future. Speaking about his new role, Jay expressed his excitement and vision for High Rock:
